Terms of Use
The deal, kept simple.
These terms govern your use of Pulse, an app for sharing lightweight mood signals with a close circle of mutually-added friends, operated by Baran Kutlu ("we", "us"). By using Pulse you agree to them.
Eligibility
You must be at least 13 and able to form a binding agreement. You're responsible for your account and the activity on it.
Your account
Pulse uses Sign in with Apple. Keep your device and Apple ID secure. You may delete your account at any time.
How Pulse works
Pulse is invite/mutual-add only — there's no public profile or feed. Content you send (moods, notes, drawings, reactions, nudges) is visible only to friends you've added, and most of it is ephemeral and disappears after a few hours. Don't rely on Pulse to store anything permanently.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- harass, threaten, impersonate, or harm others;
- send unlawful, hateful, or sexually exploitative content;
- attempt to access accounts or data that aren't yours, or disrupt the service;
- use Pulse to spam or for any commercial solicitation.
We may remove content or suspend accounts that violate these terms. Reports are reviewed and never shown to the reported user.
Your content
You keep ownership of the drawings and notes you create. You grant us a limited license to store and display that content to the friends you choose, solely to operate Pulse. You're responsible for what you send.
Paid features
Pulse is currently free. If we later add optional paid features ("Plus"), pricing, billing, and renewals will be handled by Apple under the App Store terms, and you'll manage or cancel them in your Apple account. Core functionality stays free.
Termination
You may stop using Pulse and delete your account anytime. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these terms, or to protect the service or other users.
Disclaimers
Pulse is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We don't guarantee delivery of every signal or notification, or that ephemeral content can't be screenshotted or otherwise captured by recipients.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we're not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of Pulse.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Turkey, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules.
Changes
We may update these terms; continued use after changes means you accept them. Material changes will be noted in the app or here.
